GF Lift Hydraulics, established in 1985, initially focused on hydraulic lifts. With foresight the company saw the opportunity to expand its services to include traction lifts in the summer of 2024, offering a complete solution for modernisations. This expansion eliminates the need for customers to manage their own traction surveys, material procurement, project management, and labour. GF Traction ensures that lifts are ready for testing or can be independently tested before handover.

The company also provides expertise in gearbox work and carries out small repairs and partial upgrades on a wide range of lift equipment from various manufacturers.

Additionally, GF Lift Traction offers SaFed testing, including the option for full or partial inspections in line with LG 1, 5, or 10-year requirements
